Through your membership profile, eDiets will determine an exercise routine and schedule for you. Your profile includes information about injuries, fitness goals, endurance and strength.
The exercise portion of your nutritional tracker will track weight, body measurements, activity length and mood.
Included is a virtual trainer, a computer graphic that demonstrates the proper form of each exercise. There are also exercise guidelines and tips to help you achieve your goals and keep motivated.
Community and people are the heart of eDiets. They believe “weight loss is more successful with support, companionship and guidance.” Because of this, eDiets includes message boards, live meetings and expert support to assist you in your weight loss endeavors.
Members can leave messages and start forums for each other through the message boards. eDiets has a large number of forums focusing on all areas of your diet including age, emotional state and health. You can also start your own group. You should never feel alone in the eDiets’ community.
Members are encouraged to join challenges. These are support groups designed to help keep you motivated and achieve your goals by challenging yourself and others.

eDiets also had chat rooms and mentor program. The mentor program is designed to help members that may need that extra personal support. They act as friends and motivators.
